Cornhole Set
Goal: Build a cornhole set to gift to my brother for his wedding. The boards should be slick enough to allow the bags to slide, should be durable enough to last for several years of fun, and should be aesthetically pleasing.
Design
The sizing for the boards is all standardized, so I designed them according to those specs. I made this AutoCAD drawing to get an idea of dimensions and to create a design that would look good. I chose a shade of blue that matched the wedding color. I also created a 3D model of the boards (not pictured) to show the legs in their extended position.

Building
The first thing I did was cut the plywood boards to size using a circular saw and straight edge. I cut the frames using a circular saw and connected them using a power drill. I cut the holes in the plywood using a 6 inch hole saw attachment for the power drill. I cut holes for the legs using a drill press and attached them with carriage bolts to allow the legs to fold closed for easy storage.

Final Product
This is the final product! I changed the design slightly based on available stencils, but I am very proud of how they turned out. They were a hit at the wedding and everyone loved using them!
